Title: Divestiture IT Specialist (Hands-On Execution Role)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Divestiture IT Specialist to support system separation and migration activities for a major organizational divestment. This is a hands-on execution role not a high-level advisory or director position. You ll be deeply involved in day-to-day workstreams, ensuring smooth coordination across IT, RevOps, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive system separation activities across ERP, CRM, BW, and other commercial platforms.

• Coordinate application and data migration workstreams, ensuring project milestones are met.

• Map, document, and validate commercial process transitions during the divestment.

• Act as a liaison between IT, RevOps, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.

• Monitor TSA (Transition Service Agreement) dependencies and prepare for Day 1 readiness.

• Identify and address process gaps, providing hands-on solutions and execution support.

Qualifications

• 7 10 years of IT experience, preferably within commercial systems and applications.

• Proven experience supporting divestitures, carve-outs, or system separations.

• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, BW, and related business applications.

• Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
