Monitoring inventory, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper storage of goods.Maintaining accurate records of inventory, attendance, and other relevant data.Assisting with paperwork, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to the operations manager.Addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.Adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and other relevant guidelines.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an organized workspace.Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with colleagues and vendors.Accuracy in processing paperwork, tracking inventory, and assisting with the operation.mentation.Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, inventory management, and communication.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
