Distribution Center CLASS B Driver Shipping and Receiving Associate We are seeking a reliable motivated and customer focused Distribution Center Driver Shipping and Receiving Associate who embodies our core values of Integrity a sense of Urgency and Reliability The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic professional demeanor and a proactive team oriented attitude Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partnersMaintain a professional and positive attitude; measured by quarterly Net Promoter Score NPS assessmentsPersonally greet and engage with store employees by nameCoordinate delivery logistics with store management upon arrivalConfirm shipment placement and any specific parking arrangementsReport and track unshipped items and future ship datesFollow up on previous backorders and returnsComplete and communicate store maintenance checklist with managementDriving & Delivery Safely operate company delivery vehiclesDeliver shipments to storescustomers according to the assigned schedulePerform routine cleaning and maintenance of delivery trucksSubmit to periodic substance screenings as required by DOT and company policyWarehouse Operations Assist with stocking and inventory managementPick and prepare orders for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment includingCleaning of restrooms break rooms equipment and outdoor groundsRequired Skills & Qualifications Class B Commercial Drivers License CDLCertified forklift operatorMinimum 1 year of warehouse experienceMinimum 1 year of commercial driving experienceProficient with basic Microsoft Office tools Excel OutlookemailFamiliarity with safety protocols in driving and warehouse settingsAbility to operate motor vehicles and warehouse equipment safelyPhysical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs without assistanceRegular physical activity including standing bending stooping kneeling and climbing stairsFrequent reaching overhead and below the waistComfortable standing on concrete or metal surfaces for long periodsAdditional Requirements Clean driving record acceptable to the companys insurance providerPass a pre employment DOT drug and alcohol testPass a criminal background checkProfessional Standards Wear a clean company issued uniform; maintain professional hygiene and grooming as outlined in the employee handbookRepresent the company professionally at all times during deliveries and interactionsBenefits Medical Dental and Vision Insurance401k Retirement PlanPaid Time Off PTOJoin our supportive team and be part of a company invested in your success
