Job Title: Director Technical Program Management

Location: New York, New York, United States

Type: Full Time

Our Client is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives while shaping and strengthening their TPM practice. In this role, you will apply deep technical expertise and strategic program leadership to drive scalable solutions across product, engineering, design, and data teams.

  • Strong cross-organizational partnership, with the ability to align diverse teams toward shared outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence, active listening, and deep empathy in team interactions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and delivering data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
  • 3+ years building distributed systems or highly available services, ideally in cloud environments such as AWS
  • 3+ years working on highly scalable mobile platforms or products
  • 3+ years of Agile delivery experience
  • Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with full ownership of vision and execution
  • Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering); MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
