Director of Sales And Business Development
Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global leader within the Warehouse Automation Industry who is looking for a hunter focused Director of Sales. This role will have a focus in hunting for new business to build strong client partnerships within in the national US market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for integrated solutions, focusing on ASRS systems, Shuttles, Palletizers, AMRs, and conveyors.
- Focus on hunting and nurturing relationships across industries including Apparel, Retail, E-commerce, Food & Beverage etc. throughout the US nation wide.
- Prospect, qualify, and manage new sales leads to expand business opportunities.
- Uncover and understand individual customer needs and align products and services to meet those needs effectively.
- Focus on increasing revenue, market adoption, and capturing market share while ensuring sales numbers and profit goals are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or industry relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales.
- Experience in actively acquiring new clients and logos implementing of business development strategy
- Ability to build strong relationships with key customer bases.
- Effective presentation and sales skills
- Travel when required to clients.
