POSITION SUMMARY:

PickleRage is one of the fastest-growing indoor pickleball club franchises in the country, backed by a world-class leadership team and a rapidly expanding national footprint. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Director of Sales to drive top line revenue for our corporate clubs and franchisees.

The Director of Sales is a high-impact, results-oriented individual responsible for aggressive revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our portfolio of indoor pickleball facilities. This dynamic leader will drive top-line sales through strategic campaigns and ensuring premium member experience that supports sustainable financial performance. This role will directly support sales initiatives for the corporate clubs and build the playbook for the PickleRage franchise system.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Member Engagement: Own our member engagement strategy including Special Events, Communication, Surveys, Member Outreach and will be a Programming Contributor.
  • Membership Offerings: Lead our local and national Membership Strategy including Levels, Packages, Specials, Seasonal Offerings and our overall Membership Pricing Models.
  • Club Level Sales Process: Document and Implement sales process at the club level including membership sales process, tours, cross selling, and front desk training.
  • Pro Shop: Own the retail strategy including Offerings, Inventory Management, Vendor Partnerships and will be the leader on industry trends and consumer demands across the sport and industry.
  • Business Intelligence: Use data, KPI’s, research and industry trends to drive top line revenue.
  • Court Utilization: Focus on calendar management, day part pricing and variable pricing strategies based on utilization.
  • Non Pickleball Offerings: Drive revenue through food & beverage, simulators and provider partnerships.
  • Street Team Management: Provide leadership for the street team for tactics and offers, collateral and training.
  • Call Team Management: Provide leadership for the call team with leading direct sales campaigns, scripts, offers and KPI’s.
  • Franchisees: Helps build, train and support the sales playbook for franchisees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Required

  • 1-3 year in experience in fitness, club or membership driven business model
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone and on-site presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to train and support franchisees
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple active candidates simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in franchising, fitness, wellness, pickleball, or hospitality industries
  • Training experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Virtual, with occasional travel to our PickleRage locations. Includes a typical home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

COMPENSATION:

$80,000-$120,000 base salary range bonus opportunity and full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and other voluntary benefits)
