About the Opportunity:

This organization is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across all business units and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Human Resources. This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight combined with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team

• Partner with Business Unit leaders on escalated employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters

• Oversee employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

• Manage benefits, wellness, and core HR operations for a multi-state workforce

• Guide leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations

• Drive HR process improvement, reporting, and enterprise initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred

• 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility

• Experience supporting operational or field-based teams strongly preferred

• Construction, roofing, or manufacturing industry experience a plus

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or advanced degree highly desired

• Salary Range: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually
