Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Financial Operations. The individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost optimization. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and support business goals. Managing team performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality customer service are core responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
- Solid background in Operations Management and Budgeting
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for financial forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Team Management with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Commitment to excellent Customer Service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with financial software and tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of the transportation or service industry is a plus
