This is not a salaried role. It is designed for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to build long-term recurring income through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Role Overview

The ideal partner will:

  • Identify and acquire clients in the US market
  • Build strategic relationships with startups, SMBs, law firms, CPA firms, and enterprises
  • Generate leads and close outsourcing/service contracts
  • Help position the company as a trusted offshore execution partner
  • Contribute to growth strategy and market expansion

Compensation Structure

  • No fixed salary

  • Revenue-sharing model on recurring accounts

  • Opportunity for equity/profit-sharing based on contribution and growth
