Dir Business Dev and Monetization
Are you an accomplished leader passionate about monetization, sales strategy, and delivering value through creative commercial solutions? What you will do: Lead the identification, design, and execution of innovative monetization strategies to help AT&T generate new revenue streams Produce comprehensive reports on market trends, successful monetization models, and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions. Drive and manage the complete sales engagement process for advanced wireless and network solutions-building relationships, influencing customer vision, crafting strategies, and closing complex deals. Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, guide forecasting and planning, and deliver on ambitious sales and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprises, operators, and ecosystem partners-to maximize business impact and foster long-term value. Lead negotiations for enterprise wireless solutions, including private networks (LTE, 5G), DAS, neutral host, and emerging technologies. Demonstrated ability to identify, validate, and realize monetization opportunities and complex business strategies that drive revenue growth. Deep experience with market trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and operator best practices. Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable commercial results. Track record of high-value business development, sales leadership, and deal-closing in telecom, ICT, or technology sectors. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, with excellent business writing and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively, leading through ambiguity and driving results with executive presence. Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing C-level decision makers. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field required; Consulting background preferred. 7 years in network monetization, business development, consulting or strategic sales within telecom, ICT, or technology industries. Strong knowledge of wireless network technologies (LTE, 5G, DAS, small cells, neutral host, cloud) and monetization levers. Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects from concept to closure and deliver on commercial objectives. The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
