About The Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist within our Marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving digital initiatives aimed at generating high-quality sales leads and supporting revenue growth. This full-time, salaried position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a focus on measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and overall business goals. Leveraging marketing automation tools, CRM systems—particularly HubSpot—and analytics platforms, you will design targeted campaigns tailored to our manufacturing-focused audience, helping to expand our market reach and strengthen customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid search, paid social, display advertising, and organic social media to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation programs tailored to the manufacturing industry, including creating gated content, landing pages, and nurture workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Build, segment, and maintain email lists and automated workflows within HubSpot to support lead nurturing, re-engagement, and customer lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Create, test, and refine landing pages and forms within HubSpot and related tools to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with pipeline targets, refine lead qualification criteria, and enhance lead handoff processes for seamless conversion.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and sales funnel metrics using HubSpot and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support SEO and content marketing initiatives by identifying keyword opportunities, content gaps, and promotional strategies relevant to the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure cost-effective lead acquisition and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially those impacting B2B and manufacturing markets, and recommend innovative enhancements to our marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on lead generation and performance-based campaigns.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms, including managing email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Experience marketing to or working within the manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of buyer journeys and decision-making processes in this sector.
  • Strong knowledge of core digital marketing channels such as email, SEO/SEM, paid social, display advertising, and website/landing page optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in building and optimizing landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion pathways to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, derive actionable insights, and implement strategic optimizations for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
