About The Role The Digital Marketing Performance Manager at Panther will own the performance and optimization of our digital marketing engine. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth through high-performing website experiences, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven campaign execution. The successful candidate will lead the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels including email, website, paid media, and organic growth strategies such as SEO and AEO. Collaborating closely with Marketing Operations and external agencies, this individual will focus on continuously improving conversion rates, engagement levels, and pipeline generation. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills to ensure that all digital marketing activities are optimized for maximum impact. The manager will be responsible for analyzing performance data, running experiments, and implementing improvements that enhance overall marketing effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Panther’s growth by building scalable, high-performing marketing programs that deliver measurable results and support the company’s mission of transforming security operations.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven ownership of website, email, and paid media channels
  • Experience in website performance management and conversion rate optimization (CRO), including experimentation and landing page strategy
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience in building and scaling lifecycle and nurture marketing programs
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery techniques
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience managing external agencies, especially for paid media campaigns
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize website performance, including conversion rates, user flows, and landing page effectiveness
  • Design, run, and analyze CRO experiments across web pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve pipeline conversion
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies focusing on SEO and AEO to increase visibility in search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms
  • Partner with product marketing teams to attract high-intent traffic through search engine optimization, technical content, and conversion-focused landing pages
  • Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs within HubSpot, including nurturing campaigns and automated workflows
  • Manage email marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with external agencies to optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and others
  • Own comprehensive reporting on website, email, paid, and organic campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance conversion and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative assets, and user journeys to continuously improve results and ROI
