Summary:

Consulting Analyst Interns will gain client-facing experience, assume leadership roles among their team, develop meaningful client deliverables, and contribute to internal initiatives and business development. Those who demonstrate an ability to succeed in this role will be automatically considered for a full-time position as an Analyst beginning in the Fall of 2027.

Job Role:

  • Consult with and advise clients across multiple industries on designing and implementing digital technologies to drive business innovation and enhance customer experiences.
  • Optimize innovation, strategy, product development, manufacturing, and broader supply chain processes in one of our global Digital capabilities (Consulting, Data Science & Internet of Things, and Enterprise Technology).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions and contribute to innovative Thoughtware and research.
  • Drive internal initiatives and contribute to development of company culture and fellow interns.
  • This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is critical.

Education, Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in progress from an accredited college or university.
  • Business majors candidates (this includes “Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Accountancy.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Field of study: Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or Supply Chain Management and an expected graduation date of Spring 2027.
  • Previous internship or part-time analytical work experience.
  • The ability to organize workstreams, meet project deadlines, and interface with clients through written communication and presentations.
  • Demonstrated abilities in leadership and team building.

Compensation :

The compensation for this position is $35/hr.
