Role Description
We are hiring a Digital Asset Portfolio Manager for a full-time remote position based in the USA. This role focuses on managing digital asset portfolio strategy, evaluating market opportunities, and guiding investment decisions across the cryptocurrency and broader Web3 landscape.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of crypto markets, portfolio construction, risk management, and digital asset research. You will work closely with analysts, researchers, and leadership to assess market conditions, identify opportunities, and contribute strategic insights that support informed portfolio decisions in a fast-moving digital asset environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead portfolio strategy across cryptocurrencies, DeFi, infrastructure, Layer 1, Layer 2, and emerging blockchain sectors
• Evaluate digital asset opportunities based on market trends, protocol traction, token models, and competitive positioning
• Guide portfolio construction, capital allocation, and risk management decisions across liquid digital asset markets
• Monitor portfolio performance, market narratives, token catalysts, and macro developments that may affect positioning
• Review research, investment memos, and market updates to support internal decision-making
• Collaborate with analysts and researchers to refine market views, evaluate opportunities, and support portfolio initiatives
• Track developments across blockchain networks, digital assets, and global financial markets
• Contribute to portfolio reviews, market intelligence, and ongoing digital asset strategy initiatives
Qualifications
• Experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, crypto research, digital assets, asset management, or related financial roles
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain networks, tokenomics, and digital asset market structure
• Ability to assess market opportunities, portfolio risks, and competitive positioning across fast-moving sectors
• Familiarity with crypto research platforms, market intelligence tools, and analytics software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret market, financial, and qualitative data to support portfolio decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience with cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, or Web3 investing is strongly preferred

Compensation
Salary range: USD 160,000 – USD 180,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
