Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within commercial or institutional sectors – Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar projects – Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout – Manage budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection, and project execution – Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget – Lead project meetings, monitor costs, maintain quality control, and address on-site challenges as they occur – Implement best practices for risk management, contract administration, and safety protocols – Mentor junior team members and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders
