Requirements


Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field – At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within the manufacturing sector – In-depth knowledge of part and tool procurement and inventory management – Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and machinery – Outstanding organizational and planning abilities with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex equipment issues – Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with various departments and management levels – Proficient in maintenance management software and relevant computer applications – Proven commitment to safety and adherence to applicable regulations and policies – Capability to work independently as well as within a team, showcasing leadership and initiative

Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime during manufacturing – Collaborate with different departments to assess their equipment requirements and schedule maintenance tasks accordingly – Ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools for all scheduled maintenance activities – Monitor and manage inventory levels of critical maintenance supplies and components – Work closely with the purchasing team to procure necessary parts and tools promptly – Oversee the execution of the maintenance schedule, making adjustments based on equipment performance and operational demands – Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and proactively develop preventative maintenance strategies – Partner with the maintenance team to resolve complex equipment challenges and implement solutions – Provide regular reports on maintenance actions, equipment performance, and inventory status to management – Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities
