Desktop Support Technician

The Desktop Support Technician role is designed to deliver on-site IT support, manage service requests, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain effective IT operations. The role contributes to the organization by maintaining system functionality and user satisfaction.
3. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients
- Manage and resolve service requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations
4. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT consulting or managed services
- Progress toward or attainment of MCSE or CCNP certification
- Proficient with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with Office 365 and Azure platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint Online
- Familiarity with routers and routing protocols
- Bachelor’s degree
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
