2. About the Opportunity:

The Desktop Support Technician role is designed to deliver on-site IT support, manage service requests, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain effective IT operations. This position is critical in ensuring reliable technology services for clients, addressing problems promptly, and supporting the infrastructure that enables business continuity. The role contributes to the organization by maintaining system functionality and user satisfaction.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support to clients
  • Manage and resolve service requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations

4. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT consulting or managed services
  • Progress toward or attainment of MCSE or CCNP certification
  • Proficient with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Experience with Office 365 and Azure platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint Online
  • Familiarity with routers and routing protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
