Functions under the supervision of the Program Manager to assist with the operation of the contact center and to serve as Acting Program Manager in the absence of the PM

Required Skills & Qualifications
- BA/BS Preferred
- 8 years of progressive call center management experience in a variety of industries (healthcare, Government, service)
- Function as the acting PM in the PM’s absence.
- Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure the program is running on schedule.
- Assist the Program Manager as needed for operational tasks. The Program Manager may delegate responsibilities to the Deputy Program Manager.
- Assist the PM with ensuring that Service Recovery is completed promptly.
- All Contractors home requirements include hard wired (no WIFI) high speed internet that maintains a 25 Mbps download speed and a 5 Mbps upload speed. Internet speed verification will be required during onboarding or post award for each staff member prior to production.
