Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position Summary The Delivery Director is accountable for the successful execution of one or more enterprise project portfolios with direct hands on ownership of the organizations most critical and strategic programs This role serves as the primary escalation point for initiatives that drive key business outcomes fulfill regulatory commitments or ensure operational continuity The Delivery Director leads and develops a team of Project Managers while proactively engaging in complex initiatives including the launch of new business capabilities The ideal candidate brings prior experience in auto finance or other regulated financial services environments demonstrates a strong results driven mindset builds scalable and sustainable delivery solutions and thrives in fast paced ambiguous settings Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the hands on escalation owner for the most critical complex or at risk programs across assigned portfolios ensuring successful outcomesOversee the timely delivery of complex initiatives including loan product launches system integrations and vendor delivered solutionsForecast capacity resources and budgetary needs to balance competing priorities while maintaining strong financial and delivery controlsIdentify and mitigate portfolio level risks to ensure operational continuity within a regulated auto finance environmentScale PMO processes governance and delivery standards to support increasing project and program demandAlign portfolios with enterprise architecture standards approved technology platforms and strategic business objectivesDefine monitor and communicate portfolio KPIs;
