Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ
Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly – $70.00 USD Hourly

Job Description:
- As a Database Administration – Sr Professional I, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our database systems.
- Your expertise will ensure that our databases operate efficiently and securely, providing vital support to client’s operations.
- You’ll be part of a dedicated and innovative team, driving excellence in database administration to enhance data integrity and performance.
What you’ll do:-
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal application performance and efficient database design.
- Develop and enforce database management policies and procedures.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Experience you’ll need to have:-
- 5 years of experience in database administration
- 3 years of experience in SQL and performance tuning
- 3 years of experience in database security
- 3 years of experience with backup and recovery tools
- 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL
- 2 years of experience with Automation and Scripting tools like Python/Shell and Ansible.
- 4 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:-
- Experience with one or more of: and MongoDB, MySQL ,Cassandra & Yuga byte
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with database design and architecture
- Experience with database migration projects
