Senior Data Scientist / Data Scientist (AI / AWS Bedrock)

📍 Omaha, NE (3–4 days onsite)

We’re hiring multiple Data Scientists to help build and scale production-grade AI systems inside a major financial institution.

This isn’t theoretical work. You’ll be taking AI pilots → real-world, agent-driven systems used across the business.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Build and deploy AI/LLM solutions using AWS Bedrock
• Design agentic workflows (multi-step, autonomous systems)
• Work across the full lifecycle: modeling → deployment → scaling
• Partner with engineering + business teams to productionize AI use cases
• Help shape internal AI strategy and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years in Data Science / ML roles
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• AWS experience is a must (Bedrock highly preferred)
• Experience taking models into production environments
• Ability to think beyond models → systems (this is big)
