Data Scientist

Overview:This role will focus on building and deploying scalable machine learning and generative AI models that support predictive analytics, risk scoring, and responsible AI practices. Day to day, you will develop production-ready pipelines, evaluate data quality and model bias, apply GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering and RAG, monitor and optimize model performance, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI models, including predictive, risk, and bias-aware solutions, for production environments.
• Analyze and validate data, evaluate model performance and bias, and continuously monitor and optimize models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Data Science
• Strong background in ML engineering, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience deploying AI workloads on AWS.
