What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
  • Investigate discrepancies that arise during the filing process
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve understanding of industry processes
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
  • Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech experience preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong desire and ability to work as a team player
  • Previous experience in a tech-focused role
