Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake, Python, and AI/ML technologies to join our Real Estate client s data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data pipelines, building cloud-based data platforms, integrating AI-driven solutions, and supporting advanced analytics initiatives across property management, leasing, investment, and customer intelligence platforms.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in modern data engineering practices, cloud technologies, data warehousing, and AI-enabled data solutions within enterprise environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Snowflake
  • Strong programming expertise in Python
  • Experience with SQL and advanced query optimization
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data preparation techniques
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, or AI frameworks is a plus
