Requirements


Must have:

– We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience, along with 3 to 5 years of related work history. – We are looking for strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. – We need experience creating advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, especially for gross profit and vertical performance analysis. – We value familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Google Apps Script, and the ability to connect Google Workspace with Microsoft-based systems. – We expect working knowledge of SFDC and legacy ERP environments. – We need solid financial acumen, including gross profit calculations, ROI modeling, margin analysis, and customer segmentation. – We prefer experience in a highly technical data or revenue operations setting, ideally within product or solutions sales. – We value comfort using Generative AI tools to improve technical productivity and streamline workflows. – We require exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:


  • We analyze and define customer segments by behavior, size, and loyalty to better understand our customer base. – We conduct profitability studies to identify the customers and accounts that generate the strongest margins. – We monitor gross profit performance by vertical and surface trends that support strategic shifts. – We build predictive insights to forecast which programs or product combinations will deliver the best return on investment for our direct sales team. – We own and enhance our Power BI reporting environment across business functions. – We evaluate internal program usage and perform ROI assessments to uncover business opportunities. – We synthesize data from multiple sources into clear executive summaries and leadership-ready narratives. – We use SQL and Python to pull, combine, and interpret data from varied systems. – We automate repetitive tasks with Google Apps Script and related tools to improve efficiency across Google and Microsoft platforms. – We apply Generative AI tools to support coding, troubleshooting, and documentation of complex workflows. – We align item codes, pricing logic, and reporting structures with the B2B sales cycle and field sales needs. – We collaborate within Revenue Operations to support product planning, strategic pricing, and sales execution.
