About The Role As the Marketing Data Analyst at NinjaOne, you will play a pivotal role within our global marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret data related to our marketing campaigns and initiatives, both paid and non-paid, to assess their performance and impact on business health. You will support the team by providing actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis, helping to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI. Your expertise will enable the team to identify both large-scale opportunities and incremental improvements, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.
This position offers flexibility with remote work options, particularly for candidates residing in the USA within California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, or Washington. You will collaborate closely with content and performance marketing teams, creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making. Your storytelling skills with data will help translate complex datasets into clear, impactful insights for business stakeholders, supporting strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science (MS preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience supporting marketing, website, or business reporting and analysis functions
- Experience in a SaaS environment supporting marketing teams is preferred
- Proficiency in pulling data from various sources and creating sophisticated Excel reports
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, Databricks, or Python (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance
- Support the creation of internal and external reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance
- Analyze large datasets from multiple channels, campaigns, and budgets to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage data collection, processing, and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Develop and maintain self-serve data visualizations and reports for business stakeholders
- Conduct comprehensive ROI and attribution analyses across multiple channels and the full funnel
- Proactively identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategy and growth initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing analytics function
