The Data Analytics Manager leads a team responsible for developing and maintaining data analytics and business intelligence solutions. This role ensures that data insights effectively support strategic and operational decisions. It contributes by guiding analytics initiatives, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the organization”s data-driven capabilities.
- Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of data analysts and BI professionals
• Oversee the development and delivery of data analytics and reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and accessibility for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytics requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes and analytics tools
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Proven leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams
• Proficiency in SQL and major BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or GCP
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
