About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent from diverse backgrounds, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to talent sourcing and engagement. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within diversity-focused organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse candidates and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates across multiple channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Promote DiversityJobs’ brand as an inclusive employer of choice through various outreach activities and employer branding efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports to analyze hiring metrics and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
