Job Summary:

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst — Banking & Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work with financial and transactional data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Data Collection & Management

Gather, clean, and organize banking and financial data from various sources.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.

🔹 Data Analysis

Analyze large financial datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support forecasting and performance analysis initiatives.

🔹 Reporting & Visualization

Design and build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Present insights clearly to business and finance stakeholders.

🔹 Team Collaboration

Collaborate with finance, risk, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.

🔹 Tool Utilization

Use SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for financial analysis and reporting.

🔹 Data Governance

Support financial data governance and reporting best practices.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field

✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar role

✅ Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel

✅ Experience with Tableau or Power BI

✅ Strong analytical and communication skills

✅ Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
