About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and Power BI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide data initiatives, developing scalable analytics solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making across various departments. Your expertise will support the automation of data processes, standardization of data across multiple platforms, and the delivery of comprehensive analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and operational teams. This position offers a hybrid/remote work environment based in the United States, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $93,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, performance tuning, and data modeling
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration strategies
- Experience in automating data workflows and building scalable analytics solutions
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and master data concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business leaders and operational teams
- Implement row-level security, DAX measures, and performance tuning for large datasets
- Lead efforts to standardize data definitions, formats, and governance across disparate systems and platforms
- Build and optimize automated data pipelines to reduce manual effort and enhance data reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Support enterprise initiatives by integrating data from various platforms and business systems
- Document workflows, reporting standards, and data governance practices to ensure consistency and transparency
