About the Role:

Title: Data Analyst 2

Location: Remote/PST

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to support our Global Supply Chain (GSC) planning labor team for OFCI LLE supplier field service representatives (FSR).
  • This role will focus on building and maintaining Power BI reports, Python/SQL scripts, and automation solutions that enable better planning, scheduling, and operational insights.

Key projects:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to support planning, scheduling, and labor tracking.
  • Write and maintain Python and SQL scripts for data transformation, automation, and reporting.
  • Support integration of data from MS Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse) and other Azure services.
  • Partner with PMs, engineers, and UX teams to translate requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Assist in defining and enforcing data governance, metadata management, and data quality standards.
  • Contribute to planning and scheduling workflows; support synchronization with tools such as Primavera P6 (bonus).
  • Explore opportunities to leverage Power Apps and agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks) to streamline workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, automation, and data platforms, evaluating applicability to our environment

Best vs. Average:

  • Experience in data center construction planning or commissioning.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Experience with Power Apps development.
  • Exposure to machine learning, anomaly detection, or causal inference in real-time/streaming data scenarios.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and building intelligent agents.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Power BI and Azure data services with a working knowledge of planning and scheduling best practices. Experience in data center construction planning and/or commissioning is a significant plus. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting senior planners, engineers, and program managers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data processing and automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, OneLake).
  • Understanding of planning and scheduling best practices (PMP certification a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
