What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide customer support and training for software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Schedule and complete appointments and follow-ups with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Conduct onboarding for AutoFluent Pay, including terminal installations and review of the Merchant Track platform
  • Stay updated on AutoFluent Software features, functions, and setup
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers via telephone, email, and chat

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Customer service work experience, including phone and email support
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency with MS Windows desktop operating systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a software support role or a similar technical field
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software features
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a tech environment
