What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of legal tech solutions and share knowledge with clients
- Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting software issues, and guiding clients in using products
- Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests
- Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services continually
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, including phone, email, and chat
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and software
- Knowledge of the legal services industry is preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience providing customer service and technical support for a software company
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk
