About The Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Financial Customer Associates (FCA) to join our team at the Albuquerque site. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting clients with their financial needs related to their 401(k) plans and other investment accounts. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others and are eager to develop their skills within the financial services industry. No prior finance experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. As an FCA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters trust and confidence in Fidelity’s services.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships through effective listening and communication.
  • Proficiency in navigating basic technology systems and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in various environments, including balancing remote and in-office work, overtime, and changing schedules.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a variety of situations and drive towards satisfactory resolutions.

Responsibilities As a Financial Customer Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries related to their 401(k) accounts, including balance checks, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
  • Educating clients on their investment options and available resources to help them make informed decisions.
  • Handling a broad range of customer interactions via voice and digital channels with professionalism and empathy.
  • Developing your knowledge of financial products, industry regulations, and company policies through comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Participating in team activities, well-being programs, and career coaching sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and adhering to company standards and procedures.
