What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to Bloomerang’s customers via email, live chat, and phone
  • Apply product knowledge to resolve customer issues and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Handle approximately 25 customer interactions per day
  • Conduct new customer implementations and training sessions
  • Create help documents and training materials, including webinars and videos

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong background in providing top-notch customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and troubleshoot software issues
  • Familiarity with product knowledge obtained through training and daily activities
  • Experience in tracking problems to identify trends or patterns

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in software quality assurance and testing
  • Familiarity with creating training materials and help documentation
  • Previous experience in a technology-related customer support role
