Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable professional to support our vendors, referral relationships and customer success initiatives. This role will involve a blend of post-sales activities with some follow up on potential opportunities and initiatives.

QUICK OVERVIEW:

This role is a hands on onboarding role and customer success growth role. It requires outreach to new vendors who registered and helping them get up and running fast. It also requires weekly, monthly checkins with top vendors to drive growth.

MUST HAVES:

  1. HUBSPOT KNOWLEDGE
  2. CUSTOMER SUCCESS / GROWTH EXPERIENCE OF 3+ YEARS MINIMUM
  3. ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews / checkins with vendors to help them with growth.
  • Manage and nurture referral partner relationships to drive continued growth.
  • Support new customers after onboarding, acting as a go-to resource for questions and guidance.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, payments, integrations, and approvals, escalating as needed.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first call through onboarding and vendor go-live.
  • Drive vendors through KYC verification, product setup, and implementation milestones.
  • Tailor solutions that align with the vendor’s product and audience.
  • Have an understanding of how to use automation with Hubspot and other SAAS tools to work more efficiently.
  • Work on projects and initiatives that come up related to vendor success.
