Customer Success Manager | AI Agents

Location– New York, US (Hybrid)

The Role:

This isn’t a tick-box CSM position. They need someone who will sit at the crossroads of Product, Support, and Engineering – someone who understands customers deeply enough to advocate for them internally, and commercially sharp enough to turn great relationships into real revenue growth. Retention and expansion will be yours to own.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS, including post-sale roles such as Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience working in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building process where little exists
  • Strong communicator – equally at home in a technical deep-dive or an executive business review
