Role Overview

  • Manage customer relationships throughout the full lifecycle (pre-project, active project, and post-project)
  • Serve as the main liaison between existing customers and Better Billy Bunker
  • Ensure projects stay on track through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Identify opportunities for referrals and additional services
  • Educate customers on best practices and product benefits
  • Track customer satisfaction through regular communication and visits to past project
  • Support sales with account insights and expansion opportunities
  • Represent Better Billy Bunker with professionalism and responsiveness at all times

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in the golf industry, including interactions with key decision makers (superintendents, general managers, owners)
  • Experience working directly with customers in a consultative or service-oriented role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficient in agronomy and golf course maintenance techniques and processes
  • Comfortable learning and understanding technical products and a demonstrated ability to clearly explain them to customers
  • Willing and able to travel frequently for site visits and industry events
