Role Overview
- Manage customer relationships throughout the full lifecycle (pre-project, active project, and post-project)
- Serve as the main liaison between existing customers and Better Billy Bunker
- Ensure projects stay on track through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for referrals and additional services
- Educate customers on best practices and product benefits
- Track customer satisfaction through regular communication and visits to past project
- Support sales with account insights and expansion opportunities
- Represent Better Billy Bunker with professionalism and responsiveness at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in the golf industry, including interactions with key decision makers (superintendents, general managers, owners)
- Experience working directly with customers in a consultative or service-oriented role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in agronomy and golf course maintenance techniques and processes
- Comfortable learning and understanding technical products and a demonstrated ability to clearly explain them to customers
- Willing and able to travel frequently for site visits and industry events
