Role Description

This is a full time in office role, based in our Charleston, SC office. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues related to our products for our USA customer base. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, providing product information, assisting with order processing, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
