About The Role The Remote Customer Service Specialist at ForgeFit plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers throughout their journey—from initial order placement to product installation and ongoing support. Your focus will be on providing efficient, friendly, and professional assistance to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, fulfillment, and support to ensure seamless service delivery and quick resolution of customer concerns. Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or customer support tools
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers
  • Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order processing, shipping inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
