About The Role As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at ForgeFit, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, representing our brand with professionalism and care. Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
