What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide assistance to customers regarding website-related issues, including passwords and account permissions
  • Document issues in the ticketing system and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems
  • Identify customer needs, issues, and trends based on interactions
  • Create accurate case notes and follow up with customers on issue resolution
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to ensure customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service or call center experience
  • General automotive knowledge is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and meet all internal and external deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with repossession systems or in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
