What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide assistance to customers regarding website-related issues, including passwords and account permissions
- Document issues in the ticketing system and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems
- Identify customer needs, issues, and trends based on interactions
- Create accurate case notes and follow up with customers on issue resolution
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to ensure customer satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service or call center experience
- General automotive knowledge is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and meet all internal and external deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with repossession systems or in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce
