What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Interface with customers to resolve first and second-tier customer service queries and problems
• Verify customer contacts and account information
• Investigate and coordinate a wide range of customer issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Maintain logs, reports, records, and files related to customer interactions
• Perform order fulfillment tasks, including receiving orders and updating systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience
• General knowledge of customer service activities and products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in a call center environment
• Familiarity with computerized data entry systems or relevant applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
