What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Interface with customers to resolve first and second-tier customer service queries and problems
- Verify customer contacts and account information
- Investigate and coordinate a wide range of customer issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain logs, reports, records, and files related to customer interactions
- Perform order fulfillment tasks, including receiving orders and updating systems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience
- General knowledge of customer service activities and products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with computerized data entry systems or relevant applications
