What You’ll Do:

• Connect with clients and guide them through life insurance and financial protection options
• Run virtual appointments via phone or Zoom
• Ask the right questions to understand each family’s needs
• Present tailored life insurance and/or financial solutions
• Help clients through the application process
• Stay organized using our systems for scheduling and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training and team support

Work Schedule:

• 100% remote — work from anywhere
• Flexible hours — part-time, full-time, or in-between
• You control your calendar

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based (no salary)
• 1099 independent contractor — you are your own boss
• Income is based on your effort and consistency
• Typical range: high 5 to 6 figures for those who commit
• Additional performance incentives available
• Full training and support provided (including help getting licensed)

What You’ll Need:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable phone, computer, and internet
• Comfort with phone + video communication
• Willingness to follow a proven system
