Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong computer skills and comfort using web-based platforms
Flexible availability — projects/shifts offered 24/7, Monday through Sunday

Schedule
Opportunities available Monday–Sunday, 24 hours/day
Contractors bid on projects and shifts that fit their schedule
Remote Work Readiness
You’ll complete a remote readiness test (upon approval) to ensure your setup meets project standards.

Experience & Education
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
