What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Accurately enter and review license application information in the employer’s computer system
- Communicate with applicants regarding application deficiencies and assist in resolving them
- Answer questions about licensing and renewal requirements through various communication channels
- Participate in process improvement meetings and contribute ideas for better operations
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service and/or the insurance or appraisal industry
- Knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes and Administrative Code related to insurance and financial institutions
- Proficiency in using software such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including consumers and regulated entities

- Experience in the insurance or appraisal industry
- Familiarity with professional correspondence formats and grammar
- Skills in difficult communication scenarios
- Experience in administrative roles or related environments
