• Address all customer service-related concerns effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate clearly when communicating with customers on the phone
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Familiarity with healthcare or durable medical equipment industry
• Experience with web-based order entry platforms
