What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external customer inquiries
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for various providers
- Act as a liaison for customers regarding product availability and equipment issues
- Address all customer service-related concerns effectively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Empathy, passion, and enthusiasm for helping those in need
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate clearly when communicating with customers on the phone
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
