What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries effectively
• Provide outstanding customer service that meets departmental standards and performance metrics
• Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Create thorough call documentation and follow up on open calls to ensure resolution
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvement for customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of phone or in-person customer service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with policies and regulations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with CRM software and basic knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Knowledge of dental and insurance terminology and practices
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Experience with insurance reimbursement practices and dental terminology/coding
• Ability to perform routine mathematical computations and calculations
