What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build emotional connections with members by understanding their needs and advocating for their health
- Review member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and coinsurance/deductible
- Explain member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract terms
- Perform financial data maintenance as necessary
- Anticipate customer needs and take accountability for delivering exceptional service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a quiet and secure workspace at home
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with a schedule from 11:45 AM to 8:15 PM EST
