What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create empathetic connections with members to champion their best health
- Build trusting relationships by fully understanding and addressing member needs
- Anticipate customer needs by proactively answering questions
- Review member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefits
- Explain member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contracts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a quiet and secure workspace at home
- Ability to maintain financial data and perform necessary maintenance
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance fields
- Experience working from home in a remote role
