What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Explain member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contracts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or call center environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a quiet and secure workspace at home
• Ability to maintain financial data and perform necessary maintenance

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance fields
• Experience working from home in a remote role
